Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 GOLDENSTAR AM S.R.L. VIA TARANTO 36 00182 – ROME VAT No.: 09804011006, in its capacity as Data Controller (hereinafter also referred to as ‘RMS’ or ‘Controller’) pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter also referred to as “Regulation” or ‘GDPR’) – considers privacy and the protection of personal data to be one of the main objectives of its business. Before communicating any personal data to the Data Controller, we invite all users of the GOLDENSTAR AM S.R.L. website to carefully read this Privacy Policy, which contains important information on the protection of their personal data. This policy describes how the official website of GOLDENSTAR AM S.R.L. (gloriailmusical.it, hereinafter: ‘Website’) is managed, but does not cover other external websites that can be accessed by the user via links. Additional information may be provided within the different access channels, divided according to the topics covered (Thematic Areas).
This Policy:
is an integral part of the Website; it is provided pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation to those who interact with the Website’s web services; in some sections of the Website, where necessary, it is supplemented by detailed provisions relating to the specific processing of personal data. The processing of personal data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, purpose and storage limitation, minimisation and accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, as well as the principle of accountability referred to in Article 5 of the GDPR. Users’ personal data will therefore be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the Regulation and the confidentiality obligations set forth therein.
The processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, erasure or destruction. The personal data being processed may consist of textual information, photographic or video images and any other information that makes the data subject identified or identifiable.

1. Personal data subject to processing
1.1. Browsing data – log files
During normal operation, the IT systems and applications used to operate this website collect certain data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) that is not associated with directly identifiable users. The data collected includes the IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by Users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating system and IT environment used by the User. This data is processed, for the time strictly necessary, for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning.
1.2. Data provided voluntarily by the user
The voluntary and explicit sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated in the various access channels of this website and the completion of the specifically prepared forms (masks) entail the subsequent acquisition of the sender/user’s address and data, which are necessary to respond to the requests made and/or provide the service requested. Specific summary information will be reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.
1.3. Third-party data voluntarily provided by you
When using certain services, personal data belonging to third parties, communicated to RMS by the User, may be processed. In such cases, the User acts as an independent data controller, assuming all legal obligations and responsibilities. In this regard, the User grants the broadest indemnity with respect to any dispute, claim or request for compensation for damage arising from processing that may be received by the Data Controller from third parties whose personal data has been processed through the User’s use of the Website’s services in violation of applicable personal data protection regulations. In any case, if the User provides or otherwise processes personal data of third parties when using the Website, they hereby guarantee – assuming all related responsibilities – that this particular case of processing is based on the prior acquisition – by the User – of the consent of the third party to the processing of information concerning them.
1.4. Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites visited by users send to their terminals, where they are stored before being retransmitted to the same websites on the next visit. They are used for different purposes: performing computer authentication, monitoring sessions, storing information on specific configurations concerning users accessing the server, storing preferences, etc. Among the categories of cookies, there are so-called ‘technical cookies’ which are used to enable safe browsing on the website or to provide a service requested by the user. They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the website owner. The GOLDENSTAR AM S.R.L. website uses only session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) and can be classified as technical cookies as defined above. Their use is strictly limited to certain pages for the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the site. The GOLDENSTAR AM S.R.L. website does not acquire any personal data from users. 2. Purpose of processing
The GOLDENSTAR AM S.R.L. website processes personal data within the limits of what is strictly necessary for the performance of its institutional functions, excluding processing when the purposes pursued can be achieved using anonymous data or methods that allow the data subject to be identified only when necessary. Specific purposes relating to individual processing operations may be reported in detail within the various access channels. Within these channels, the User will be able to find additional information on the processing of personal data.
3. Processing methods
Personal data is processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
4. Optional nature of data provision
Users are free to provide the personal data requested in the forms for the various services offered on the portal; failure to provide the mandatory data will make it impossible to obtain the service.
5. Transfer, communication and dissemination of personal data
No data is shared outside the European Economic Area. The personal data of Users who request the sending of informative material (mailing lists, answers to questions, notices and newsletters, acts and measures, etc.) are used solely for the purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only in cases where: this is necessary for the fulfilment of requests (e.g. shipping service for requested documentation); communication is required by law or regulation; during legal proceedings. The processing operations connected to the web services of this site are carried out exclusively by technical staff of GOLDENSTAR AM S.R.L., who are in charge of processing. Personal data for the purposes referred to in point 2.b. (entry into the database of candidates for job positions) may be communicated to parent and affiliated companies (including through the public partner Comune di Roma), which will act as independent data controllers and may process the data always and exclusively for the purposes of possible job offers.
6. Retention of personal data
Personal data processed for the sole purpose of browsing the Website will be stored for the time strictly necessary for this function. For the purposes referred to in point 2.a. (registration in the GOLDENSTAR AM S.R.L. Supplier Register), personal data will be stored for a period of three years. For the purposes referred to in point 2.b. (entry into the database of candidates for job positions), personal data will be stored for a period of three years. For the purposes referred to in point 2.c. (request for information material), personal data will be stored for a period of two years. For the purposes referred to in point 2.d. (reporting to supervisory bodies), personal data will be stored for a period of five years, except for longer periods resulting from the outcome of the report made. Further information regarding the data retention period and the criteria used to determine this period may be requested by sending a written request to the Data Controller at info@goldenactors.it. In any case, GOLDENSTAR AM S.R.L. reserves the right to retain Users’ personal data for the period of time provided for and permitted by Italian law to protect its interests pursuant to Article 2947 of the Italian Civil Code.
7. Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, Users have the right to request GOLDENSTAR AM S.R.L., at any time, access to their personal data, the correction or deletion thereof, or to object to their processing pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulation. Users also have the right to request the restriction of processing in the cases provided for in Article 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain their data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format in the cases provided for in Article 20 of the Regulation. Requests should be sent in writing to the Data Controller at info@goldenactors.it. In any case, Users always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Italian Data Protection Authority), pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, if they believe that the processing of their data is contrary to the legislation in force.
8.Changes
GOLDENSTAR AM S.R.L. reserves the right to modify or simply update the content of this Privacy Policy, in part or in full, including due to changes in applicable legislation. GOLDENSTAR AM S.R.L. will inform Users as soon as changes are made, and they will be binding as soon as they are published on the Website. GOLDENSTAR AM S.R.L. invites Users to visit this section regularly to review the most recent and updated version of the Privacy Policy so that they are always up to date on the data collected and how GOLDENSTAR AM S.R.L. uses it.
